President Joe Biden has gained another critic of his various vacations — this time from rapper 50 Cent.
The rapper, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, drew attention on social media when he shared a photo of Biden at the beach, writing that the president needed to get up because “we in trouble.” 50 Cent’s post on social media comes as many have expressed concern about domestic troubles in the United States, such as inflation, as well as international problems, such as the war between Israel and Hamas.
BIDENOMICS IS GOING BELLY-UP WHERE IT MATTERS MOST
“Hey Joe get the f*** up, we in trouble man!” Jackson’s social media post read.
Jackson then shared a screenshot of an article reporting on his criticism of the president, questioning if Biden’s plan was to “chill” amid the present state of the world.
“We got some real s*** going on out here Joe,” Jackson wrote.
Jackson is no stranger to making news regarding politics in the U.S., as he said in October 2020 that he would be voting for former President Donald Trump. The rapper’s endorsement of Trump came after he found out about tax increases proposed by the Biden campaign.
The White House released a statement on Sunday explaining that Biden’s vacation at Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, would end on Monday after the president received his morning brief. After he returns to Washington, Biden will attend an event highlighting “Bidenomics” and how it is “growing the economy from the middle out and bottom up in every region of the country.”

The number of vacation days that Biden has taken while in the White House has been a frequent subject of criticism from his critics. As of Aug. 27, Biden has spent all or part of 382 of his 957 days as president on personal overnight trips away from the White House (or 40%).
In August, the president was harshly criticized for going on vacation at Rehoboth Beach amid the Hawaii wildfire disaster in August. White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre defended Biden’s response to the wildfires, stating that the president was deeply concerned about the disaster.
