Major policy positions
Scott has said while campaigning for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination that he supports a 15-week national abortion ban and supports sending military aid to Ukraine, but he said in November that people needed “accountability” on how the aid was being spent.
He supports many of Trump’s immigration policies and said during his presidential campaign in August that he would finish the border wall if elected president.
Relationship with Trump
Scott endorsed Trump for president in January, saying that America needed “a president who will unite our country.”
