“I’m telling you what I know, and I know President Trump. I know President Trump is a fighter,” White said. “The higher the stakes, the harder he fights, and this guy never ever gives up. So what is at stake here? The answer is in President Trump’s text, and I quote, ‘A fight for our country.’”

“I know President Trump is literally putting his life on the line for something bigger than himself. He is willing to risk it all because he loves this country. And I know he wants what is best for the American people,” the UFC president continued. “All American people. I know he is running for president to save our American dream.”

White’s speech drew several cheers and applause as he encouraged voters to elect Trump, praising his “badass” leadership.

“I know I will choose real American leadership and a real American badass,” White said. “I am not telling you what choice to make, I am not telling you what to think. I am telling you what I know. I know America needs a strong leader in the world, needs a strong America. I know Donald J. Trump is the best choice for president of the United States. My fellow Americans, it is my honor to introduce the 45th and soon-to-be 47th president of the United States, Donald J. Trump!”

White has supported Trump for several years. Their relationship dates back to the early 2000s when the former president began hosting UFC events at his properties.

Trump is often seen visiting UFC fights alongside White. In June, shortly after Trump was found guilty on 34 counts of falsifying business records by a Manhattan jury, the former president drew roaring applause and a standing ovation while attending UFC 302.  

White appeared at both of the previous two RNCs where Trump accepted the nomination.

The RNC began Monday night and capped off Thursday.

The 2024 DNC is scheduled for August 19-22 in Chicago.
