Melania Trump’s memoir sharing ‘my truth’ tops Amazon’s ‘Best Sellers’ list – Washington Examiner

Former first lady Melania Trump’s book topped major bestseller lists before it even hit the shelves.

Trump’s memoir, Melania, is set to be released on Oct. 1. However, it has already secured the top spot on multiple Amazon “Best Sellers” lists with over a month to go until the book goes public.

“Writing my memoir has been an amazing journey filled with emotional highs and lows,” the author and wife to former President Donald Trump told Fox News Digital. “Each story shaped me into who I am today.

“Although daunting at times, the process has been incredibly rewarding, reminding me of my strength, and the beauty of sharing my truth,” she continued.

The former first lady’s first memoir also provides a behind-the-scenes look into her relationship with her famous husband. It recalls their “serendipitous meeting, a chance encounter that forever changed the course of her life” and opens up their “courtship,” according to a press release.

Trump first teased her memoir’s release, which is listed for $30, on Sunday. Days later, preorders for the book have climbed to the top of Amazon’s “Memoirs,” “US Presidents,” and “Political Leader Biographies” categories.

“’If you love our former First Lady as much as me, and are ready for the Truth, buy her new book now!” Donald Trump wrote in a post of support on Truth Social.

The former first lady’s news comes as her husband’s book Save America has also surged to the top of bestseller lists. It is rated No. 1 on the “Top Demand-Hardcover” list of Ingram Content Group, the largest book distributor in the country.

During her four years in the White House, the country came to know Trump primarily through her “Be Best” campaign, an initiative focused on the well-being of youth and advocating against cyberbullying.
