Vance says Trump is in ‘good spirits’ after second assassination attempt – Washington Examiner

Sen. J.D. Vance (R-OH) reacted to the second assassination attempt on his running mate, former President Donald Trump, saying he is grateful Trump is safe.

“I’m glad President Trump is safe,” Vance posted on X. “I spoke to him before the news was public and he was, amazingly, in good spirits. Still much we don’t know, but I’ll be hugging my kids extra tight tonight and saying a prayer of gratitude.”
