Vice President Kamala Harris is holding her final campaign rally in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on Monday beginning around 11 p.m. Eastern time. The event will take place outside the Philadelphia Museum of Art.

Harris is spending the entirety of Monday in Pennsylvania, a state whose 19 electoral votes are expected to determine the Electoral College outcome. Her Philadelphia event will feature celebrities Lady Gaga and Oprah Winfrey.
