Gas prices: Increase at the pumps the day after the election – Washington Examiner

Shortly before former President Donald Trump became President-elect Donald Trump, it was revealed that the national average price for a gallon of regular gas increased on Wednesday, slightly rising to $3.107 from Tuesday’s price of $3.102, according to AAA

While still significantly higher than when former President Donald Trump was in office, the recent falling prices seemed to lessen public outrage heading into the election.
