GROSS: Transgender TikToker Spends $17,000 to Remove Six of His Ribs — Plans to Make Them Into a Crown (VIDEO)
A transgender TikToker claims to have spent $17,000 to have six of his ribs removed and plans to have them made into a crown.
The 27-year-old Kansas City-based influencer, who goes by “Emily James,” is a biological male who dresses as a woman.
“I plan on having someone make a crown out of them,” James told Caters News. “They let me keep the ribs and I was initially going to gift them to my best friend.”
James has been posting about his surgery and recovery on his TikTok account.

Though he plans to turn the ribs into an accessory, the surgery was done to make his waist smaller and more feminine.
James also joked about cannibalizing his own bones.
“In three days I’m getting three ribs removed on each side,” he said in one of the videos documenting his bizarre surgical journey. “I’m going to have an Emily barbeque.”
“I’ve had people say they would make them into a chew toy or boil them down into broth,” James said. “Personally, I think my meat would taste delicious.”
Ultimately, he said he would not be consuming his ribs.
“Eating human meat can cause a plethora of disorders that are fatal,” he said. “So, I will not be partaking in cannibalism thank you.”
James compared the surgery to women getting butt lifts.
“It is my money, my body and I’m going to do what I want with it,” he asserted.
