Fox News Media Reveals the Replacement for Trump-Hating RINO Neil Cavuto Who Announced He Was Leaving the Channel Last Month

The Fox News Channel announced multiple future programming changes on Monday, the most prominent of which was the replacement for Trump-hating Neil Cavuto, who announced his departure last month.

FOX News Media CEO Suzanne Scott revealed that beginning January 21, conservative former ESPN employee and FOX & Friends Weekend co-host Will Cain will take Cavuto’s place at the 4 p.m. ET hour. The new show will be called the Will Cain Show.

Scott explained in a statement that Cain’s legal background and years in broadcast journalism made him an ideal selection for such a plum spot.

“As the media landscape continues to evolve, we are always looking to innovate our programming lineup to meet the needs of our viewers, and we are confident the new lineup will best position FOX News Media for the future,” Scott said. “Will Cain brings years of experience to the 4 PM hour as an accomplished broadcaster and a lawyer and we look forward to adding his insights to what will no doubt be another historic news cycle ahead this year.”

Cain said he was excited about the opportunity to take on this new role and called his time on Fox & Friends Weekend “an honor.”

“It has been an honor to wake up with America these past four years, and I am thrilled to apply my background in news, law, entertainment, and business to help our viewers better understand the headlines through thought-provoking content and analysis every weekday afternoon,” he stated.

In addition to his roles on ESPN and Fox News, Cain worked as a political analyst for CNN and was a host on The Blaze. Before going into television, he was a media entrepreneur, having sold and bought two companies.

Cain attended law school at the University of Texas at Austin and received his undergraduate degree from Pepperdine University in Malibu.

In other news, the channel announced FOX News contributor Charlie Hurt would replace Cain on FOX & Friends Weekend beginning January 18. Fox Business Network’s Dagen McDowell is joining The Big Money Show which will expand to two hours on weekdays beginning on January 27.

TGP’s Cassandra MacDonald previously reported Cavuto was ousted from Fox News after 28 years at the network on December 19. Fox News did not elaborate on the exact reason for the move.

But former CNN employee Oliver Darcy revealed a few days later Cavuto was forced out because his show was a “wormhole to another time” before President Trump conquered the Republican Party and remade it into his America-First image.

Moreover, Darcy reported Cavuto likely would have had to take a pay cut to stay at Fox News despite its overwhelming status as the number one network in cable news
