Torres pointed out that this company started hiring staff for the contract before it was even officially announced!

Some plaintiffs have requested to stop the implementation of this new contract alleging patients’ privacy violations until a hearing is held to determine whether DOH should be permanently enjoined from enforcing patients’ data transfer or delaying the deadline and restricting DOH from taking any adverse action against plaintiffs, including having them expelled from Medicaid program.

As I have said before…..most if not every demonrat is corrupt…if not treasonous. You just need to dig into them and their past and you will find the crimes and the CORRUPTION. Unlike President Trump…where they for years have tried to fabricate crimes to put him away…unable to find anything real….in any of his past! But these demonrats…..there is always something….and if you find one thing….then you know there is much more….its never their first rodeo. But because they have had the power, it’s their system…they have been protected and hid. Even sometimes by our own FBI and DOJ. Hopefully that’s going to change…..and these criminals will be held accountable….and I don’t mean slaps on the wrist….real accountability….like ARRESTS AND PRISON TIME!

biggest scam ever perpetrated by the government, so much for being told to work hard and go to college. DEI has cheated me out of better jobs many times despite my bosses saying I was great. I have never made a lot of money and now that I am retired I make less than $100,000, and yet now that I am on social security and medicare I am forced to pay $20,000 in taxes and to pay $300 per month for medicare in addition to copays and deductibles for healthcare that has tried multiple times in the past five years to disabled and kill me and my children/grandchildren in horrific ways, it is only by the grace of a great God that we are alive.
I’ll believe in accountability after the cell door clises behind Hochul and not one moment before.
It’s time we start punishing all this theft and embezzlement. And those who are caught need to have their assets seized and liquidated to pay damages. Enough is enough.
