BREAKING: Supreme Court Chief Justice Roberts Indefinitely BLOCKS Court Order Requiring Return of Alleged El Salvadoran MS-13 Gang Member
Supreme Court Chief Justice Roberts indefinitely blocked a court order requiring the return of alleged MS-13 gang member Kilmar Abrego Garcia by midnight tonight.
Roberts granted the Trump Administration a stay on Judge Xinis’ order pending a resolution.
Lawyers for Abrego Garcia have until Tuesday, April 8 to respond.
