Renowned Author and Activist David Horowitz Passes Away at 86 After a Lengthy Battle with Cancer

What sad news.
Author, activist and historian David Horowitz passed away on Tuesday at 86 from cancer.

The Horowitz Freedom Center announced his death on Tuesday evening.

Here is a video released by the Horowitz Freedom Center on David’s long and storied career.

David was fighting the communists to the very end.

Before his death David urged Americans to read Betrayed – a book that refutes every anti-American lie by the left.

In 2007 I attended a Horowitz speech at Emory University on radical Islam.

The radical left and angry Muslims in attendance shut the event down.

This was a typical appearance for David at the time. Yet, it did not stop him from spreading his knowledge on the violent and anti-American left.

Later that night in 2007 I sat with friend Andrew and had coffee with David Horowitz. What a thrill.

Finally, David's son left a beautiful message following his father's passing.
