Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy is testifying before a House panel on the 2026 budget at 10 a.m.

He will address key issues on the state of transportation in the United States and funding priorities in transportation policy. His testimony comes as Newark Liberty International Airport has had a series of radar blackouts and staffing issues, causing hundreds of delays and cancellations.
