President Donald Trump will meet with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte at the White House on Monday.

Trump is expected to speak with him about the United States’ pending aid to Ukraine.
Trump said Sunday that Europe will pay for aid to Ukraine and that he will make a “major announcement” concerning Ukraine funding Monday. “Trump is really pissed at Putin. His announcement tomorrow is going to be very aggressive,” Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) said.
