President Trump Says “BIG PROGRESS ON RUSSIA. STAY TUNED!” as Zelensky Scheduled to Visit White House and Trump Pushes for Trilateral Summit with Russia and Ukraine
President Trump on Sunday posted a series of statements on Truth Social about the ongoing negotiations in the Russia-Ukraine war this morning, signaling “big progress” in his efforts to end the war.
This comes after Trump’s meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Friday, where the two came to an agreement to secure peace, pending Ukraine and NATO cooperation. As The Gateway Pundit reported, Trump announced early on Saturday that he spoke with Zelensky, European leaders, and the NATO Secretary General.
The President said on Saturday that he will host Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky at the White House on Monday.
At approximately 9 am ET, Trump lashed out at the leftist media for their negative coverage of his talks with Russia, following his “great meeting” with Putin. “I had a great meeting in Alaska on Biden’s stupid War, a war that should have never happened!!!” he said.

Trump continued slamming the Fake News, noting that they will cover him unfairly no matter the outcome, even if he “got Russia to give up Moscow as part of the Deal.”
