SHAME: Utah’s GOP Governor Cox Used Friday Morning’s National Broadcast to Grandstand and Promote Himself
Utah’s Governor Cox took over Friday morning’s national broadcast announcing the assassin of Charlie Kirk to grandstand and promote himself.
Steve Bannon shared this on the War Room after Cox took over the press conference and stepped in front of Kash Patel to claim “We got him!”

Cox used the limelight for his own grandstanding and MAGA didn’t like it at all. The only ones who liked it appeared to come from the left.

Charlie knew what the citizens of Utah know, Cox is not MAGA. Utah’s Phil Lyman knows Cox as well.
Lyman challenged the 2024 GOP primary he says was against GOP rules and not necessary since he won the nomination for Utah Governor at the state convention. This primary was put in place by the RINOs in Utah who didn’t accept the GOP convention results that Lyman won.

They all grandstanded at that presser, with the various LEOs patting themselves on the back for capturing the assassin, despite the kid having been turned in by his father.
Under Cox/Henderson Utah has selections, not elections. We have mail in voting, drop boxes, no election observers (at least in Salt Lake County where it’s only employees of the dem county clerk that process ballots), electronic voting machines, ERIC, dirty voter rolls, motor voter, no voter ID (how can you have voter ID with automatically sent ballots), more ballots than eligible voters…. Is there anything else? Salt Lake County is essentially Maricopa County-lite.

I watched that news conference, and Cox gave way too much information about the case. A defense attorney will place every word he says under a microscope to see if it can be used to defend his client.
