Authorities have charged four women following an incident in which they allegedly participated in a physical fight in the parking area outside Capital City Mall in Pennsylvania earlier in December.
The four individuals facing charges — Oreal O. Dykes, 26; Kajah Manice Dalisa George, 30; Messiah Ali Cloud, 21; and Carrie L. Bowman, 46 — have each been accused of simple assault related to the alleged altercation, which occurred just before 12:30 p.m. Dec. 13, according to WPMT FOX43.
According to police, Bowman is the mother of Dykes. (RELATED: Beating Hell Out Of Each Other In Dirty Snow Is One Way To Celebrate Christmas, I Guess)
According to Lower Allen Township Police via WPMT FOX43, Dykes faces an extra charge of endangering the welfare of a child. Authorities allege that she pushed a stroller that was carrying her infant into the middle of the altercation and kicked another participant, which resulted in the stroller overturning while the baby was still inside.
Police report that the altercation was recorded both by the mall’s surveillance cameras and by footage taken by onlookers.
After examining video of the incident, investigators concluded that Cloud and George allegedly initiated the altercation, with Dykes and Bowman subsequently joining in, according to police via WPMT FOX43.

According to police, Dykes initially abandoned the stroller to allegedly join the fight, but momentarily stepped away from the scuffle to retrieve it. She then allegedly shoved the stroller back into the center of the chaos and kicked one of the individuals, who was lying on the parking lot.
Police stated that this action allegedly led to the stroller tipping over. Dykes then lifted the 4-month-old infant, who had not been secured with a buckle in the stroller, according to authorities via WPMT FOX43.
According to police, Cloud and George suffered facial lacerations, cuts and bloody knuckles during the altercation. Bowman reported having abrasions and bruises on her head, as well as a swollen eye.
According to WPMT FOX43, court records show that Dykes was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Kathryn H. Silcox, who imposed a $1,000 bail. She is scheduled for a preliminary hearing Feb. 5.
Court documents pertaining to the remaining defendants were not readily accessible.
