In Minnesota, the testimony of Scott Stillman has emerged, a former fraud investigator with the state Department of Human Services (DHS), who in 2018 denounced a massive fraud network in daycares operated by Somalis.

Stillman, a digital forensics expert, revealed that at least $100 million in public funds were diverted, with cash shipments from Minneapolis-St. Paul airport to regions in Africa and the Middle East, including areas controlled by terrorist groups like Al Shabaab.

This money, intended for child care subsidies, ended up funding extremist activities, according to his findings based on bank transfers, telephone communications, and digital evidence.

Despite clear warnings, the Democratic administration took no action. Stillman testified before the Minnesota Senate Health and Human Services Committee on May 15, 2018, demanding a federal investigation due to national security concerns.

He described how individuals abroad operated these daycare centers while communicating with compounds in the desert, generating «serious concerns» that kept law enforcement officials awake at night.

However, state leaders, influenced by political donations and fears of xenophobia accusations, blocked the use of key evidence.

Tim Walz, who took office as governor in January 2019, inherited this disaster but did not stop it. Under his administration, the fraud expanded dramatically, with cases like Feeding Our Future stealing an additional $250 million in child nutrition funds during the pandemic, part of a total estimated in the billions.

Walz ignored multiple whistleblower alerts and instead prioritized inclusive policies that facilitated the abuse of social programs, allowing U.S. taxpayer money to fund terrorism abroad.

Recently, videos have confirmed these accusations, showing empty daycares receiving massive payments, where it was detailed how Walz’s government threatened whistleblowers’ families to silence them.

They have now exposed and confirmed how this Somali network operated with impunity, sending funds to Al Shabaab.

While Walz defends his administration by blaming «whites» for similar crimes, the reality is that his administration allowed Somali immigrants to plunder the system.

Republicans demand full audits and deportations. It is time for Minnesota, and the United States, to regain control. Walz must be held accountable for his complicity in this disaster that funded terrorists with public dollars.
