Megyn Kelly Under Fire After Claiming US Service Members ‘Died for Iran or Israel’ — “This Feels Very Much to Me Like it is Clearly Israel’s War”

Megyn Kelly is facing fierce backlash after suggesting that American service members killed in the escalating conflict with Iran “died for Iran or for Israel,” rather than for the United States.

During a recent episode of her show, Kelly questioned the purpose of U.S. involvement, arguing that the war effort appears to be driven by foreign interests rather than American national security.

Megyn Kelly:
Look, there are massive divisions over what we’ve done here, and people are going to change their minds over the coming days and weeks, one way or the other. But my own feeling is that no one should have to die for a foreign country. I don’t think those four service members died for the United States. I think they died for Iran or for Israel.

I understand how this helps Iran perfectly well. I get it. I mean, I hope long term we’ll see. But they seem rather jubilant. Eighty percent of the country does not support the Ayatollah. He was a terrible, terrible man. No one’s crying that he’s dead — no normal person.

But our government’s job is not to look out for Iran or for Israel. It’s to look out for us. This feels very much, to me, like it is clearly Israel’s war. Mark Levin wanted it. It’s his war. Ben Shapiro, Lindsey Graham, Miriam Adelson — that’s obvious. They’re the ones who’ve been pushing us into it.

President Trump directly addressed the mission’s purpose, outlining a four-part strategy aimed squarely at U.S. national security:

  • Destroying Iran’s missile capabilities
  • Annihilating Iran’s navy
  • Preventing the world’s leading sponsor of terror from obtaining a nuclear weapon
  • Stopping the regime from arming, funding, and directing terrorist armies abroad

Iran has long funded, armed, and directed proxy forces across the Middle East. The regime’s ballistic missile expansion, naval harassment operations, and pursuit of nuclear capability have been central pillars of its regional strategy.

Trump’s doctrine, consistent with his “peace through strength” posture, rests on the premise that failing to act invites greater conflict later.

Critics on X were quick to remind the host that these service members were killed in a tactical operations center while defending American interests against the Iranian regime’s “Death to America” threats.

Social media legend Catturd wrote on X:

Always remember the first TDS never Trump loser was Megyn Kelly

For her trying to get Trump at the first debate, which she failed, she was awarded tens of millions of dollars from the fake news media, which she gladly took.

Her cringe show ultimately failed, they even had her dancing on the tables to woke cringe. BS.

Once Trump won again, she suddenly was all in on Trump with her podcast, and now she’s turning on him again.

This flip-flopping stone, cold loser will do anything for a buck.

Dance Megyn Dance you insufferable grifter.

DANCE MEGYN DANCE!

Kelly attempted to shield herself from criticism by reminding her audience that she campaigned for President Trump, but then took a vulgar turn when addressing fellow conservatives who might disagree with her assessment.

“I support the President… Being a conservative or being a Trump supporter… does not mean you have to accept another Middle East war without questions,” Kelly said. “And anybody who tells you that can suck it.”
