A video shared on Facebook claims to show a protest at Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s Jerusalem home.

President Joe Biden reportedly warned Netanyahu that the Israeli military could not conduct operations in southern Gaza the way it did in the northern part of the Palestinian enclave, according to Axios.

Social media users are sharing a video of a crowd of protesters, claiming it shows them outside of Netanyahu’s home. The video’s caption reads, “BREAKING: The Israelis have surrounded Netanyahu’s residence in Jerusalem and are demanding his resignation.”

This claim is false. Through a reverse image search, Check Your Fact found a similar video that showed the same event in a Times of Israel article, which states that 100,000 people gathered in Tel Aviv to advocate for the release of hostages. Lead Stories reported that the Ruptly video shows the Russian writing for Tel Aviv. Lead Stories also found that a speaker in the video mentioned the Druze community. The Times of Israel mentioned that the head of the Druze community showed up at the rally.

Some protests have erupted outside of Netanyahu’s residence in Jerusalem, such as a Nov. 4 protest that saw hundreds of protesters chanting “Jail Now.”
