WATCH LIVE: White House holds press briefing with John Kirby

White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre is holding a joint press briefing with National Security Council coordinator John Kirby on Tuesday as wars rage in the Middle East and Europe.

The briefing comes a day after the Biden administration announced it expects to send one more aid package to Ukraine this year before federal funding dries up. Republicans in both chambers of Congress have been blocking additional funding for Ukraine and Israel until they reach an agreement on U.S. border security policies.
