WATCH LIVE: Biden speaks at Wisconsin Black Chamber of Commerce

President Joe Biden will speak on his “Bidenomics” agenda at the Wisconsin Black Chamber of Commerce on Wednesday afternoon.

Biden will be joined by Rashawn Spivey, the founder and owner of Hero Plumbing, a black-owned small business that removes lead pipes in Milwaukee with funding from Biden’s bipartisan infrastructure law passed in 2021. The White House said his remarks will focus on the support his administration has given minority-owned businesses.

The president is expected to announce that the Grow Milwaukee Coalition is a finalist for the Commerce Department’s “Recompete Pilot Program,” providing federal funding to help job creation and small-business growth in hard-hit U.S. communities.
