The Biden administration has released a video on social media explaining the American Climate Corps, with the video filmed in the style of a popular meme format.

The video is based on the DINKs meme, an acronym standing for “Dual Income with No Kids,” and features at least two people walking on video while explaining who they are. In the newly released video from the White House, several people from the Biden administration take turns explaining what the American Climate Corps is and how it will help the United States.

“We’re President Biden’s Cabinet,” said Michael Regan, the administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency. “Of course we launched American Climate Corps, a historic program mobilizing the next generation of climate resilience workers.”

The video continues with other members of the Biden administration discussing the American Climate Corps, including acting Secretary of Labor Julie Su, Secretary of Agriculture Tom Vilsack, Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo, Secretary of the Interior Deb Haaland, and Secretary of Energy Jennifer Granholm.

Included in the post was a link from the White House, which revealed that the Biden administration will host several virtual listening sessions to hear ideas from the public on the American Climate Corps. The listening sessions will be attended by several guests, including Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) and AmeriCorps CEO Michael Smith, among others.

In October, the House Oversight Committee launched an investigation into the American Climate Corps, with Committee Chairman James Comer (R-KY) and Rep. Pete Sessions (R-TX) telling Smith they would be looking into the money flowing into the program. The committee also called for documents and communications that account for the projected cost of the program, along with communications between AmeriCorps and related agencies, state governments, and any relevant third parties.
