President Joe Biden appeared confused at a Los Angeles event when asked about his reelection.
Though the audio is hard to hear, a reporter asked Biden at an event about his upcoming State of the Union address and about his reelection. Biden froze and looked puzzled, before being rescued by Los Angeles Mayor Karen Bass.

“He’s gonna win reelection anyway,” Bass said to cheers.
The reporters were then shuffled out of the room.

The awkward moment is the latest of many Biden has found himself in, following increased scrutiny of his mental acuity. Some analysts claim he is unable to interact with the public in an “unscripted” manner.
The newest scrutiny of Biden’s mental acuity came after special counsel Robert Hur’s report on the president’s mishandling of classified documents, which he attributed to Biden’s “poor memory.”
