Are Liberal Supreme Court Justices Trying To Save Democrats

Former White House press secretary Sean Spicer reported Thursday that the U.S. Supreme Court has decided internally to significantly limit or invalidate Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act in Louisiana v. Callais. And the blame for why Americans haven’t received the ruling yet allegedly rests with the minority justices.

The aide-turned-podcast host stated Thursday on “The Huddle” that reliable sources told him the conservative majority is prepared to rule against Section 2, a race-based gerrymandering provision in the Voting Rights Act. Spicer claims that his sources said that the liberal justices are slow-walking the release of their dissenting opinions, which is allegedly why the Supreme Court hasn’t released the ruling.
