Arnold Schwarzenegger claims Democrats want to ‘f*** up every city’ in the US

Former California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger said in a newly released podcast that Democrats want to ruin cities and intend to “f*** up every city in America.”

Schwarzenegger, known for his role in the Terminator films and for serving as the governor of California for most of the 2000s, had been discussing a statement made by a friend of actor Rob Lowe, the podcast’s host, who described five things that makes someone a Republican, including less government, more personal freedoms, and a strong military. Lowe told Schwarzenegger he wanted to ask Democrats “what it means to be a Democrat,” to which Schwarzenegger replied, “Ruin your cities.”

“That’s what the Democrats would say,” Schwarzenegger said. “‘We are about ruining the cities. We want to f*** up every city in America.’ That seems to be the theme right now.”

When asked why he thinks the Democrats want to ruin cities, Schwarzenegger replied that he had “no idea.”

The former governor was also asked what he thought about Robert Kennedy Jr. and his 2024 run for president, to which he responded positively, calling the now-independent candidate “great.” Schwarzenegger said he had known Kennedy for “a long time” and believes he “has it in his blood to create a better country and to become president.”

Schwarzenegger also acknowledged many factors in the 2024 presidential election could change the outcome, including former President Donald Trump’s indictments and investigations into President Joe Biden’s foreign business dealings with his son.

“Everything moves all the time with these new revelations,” Schwarzenegger said. “And so I think that any one of the candidates can in fact win. It all depends on which way, you know, the wind blows.”

Kennedy recently announced his plans to run for the White House as an independent; he had previously sought to challenge Biden for the Democratic Party’s nomination. The move is expected to affect both the Republican and Democratic nominees, as Kennedy could siphon off votes from either party.
