‘Barricade incident’ reported at CIA headquarters in Virginia – Washington Examiner

A police response is underway after a “barricade incident” at the CIA‘s headquarters in Langley, Virginia.

The Fairfax County Police Department closed the roads leading to the building, declaring a “barricade incident.” It said that its Special Operations Division is on the scene assisting.

Video of the scene showed several armored police cars surrounding the building.

A man was reportedly walking around outside with a gun to his head. He reportedly fired several shots into the air. A law enforcement official told ABC 7 News the man also aimed his gun at the CIA headquarters.

The Washington Examiner reached out to the Fairfax County Police Department and the CIA for further information.

A SWAT team and bomb squad were seen on the scene. Drones and helicopters were also reportedly flying overhead.
