Magistrate Varholak has not yet determined jurisdiction in Tina’s Habeas Corpus but has ordered the AG to Answer in 14 days.
Here is the motion from the judge:
In fourteen days the corrupt Colorado officials must file their reasons for continuing to keep Tina Peters in prison on bogus charges taking away her God-given and Constitutional rights.

Wow, there are some good Judges out there somewhere.
Why didn’t he ask this question earlier and wait till now??? Is he one of those “good judges”??? I agree there are “some” good judges out there, unfortunately not enough of them which indicates something is really wrong on how judges are selected.

Those judges should take Tina’s place, after she is released – for the same 9 or 10 years she was given for doing her job.
The only way the country survives is if they are placed in sweeping Military Custudy and given what amounts to 20 year imprisonment or death. Anything less leads to what most think tanks have egregiously and massively overlooked. Their imprisonment is life and death for YOU and them no matter what, LITERALLY.

Tina Peters is a courageous woman who stood up for fair and honest elections, and she was treated like a criminal in a Democrat State. Her case exposed the massive corruption, intimidation, and actions of Colorado’s judges, Secretary of State, Governor, and government to harm someone who is trying to protect our nation. It is an absolute disgrace how the State of Colorado has operated.
