BREAKING EXCLUSIVE: With Elections Now Totally Rigged – California Looks More and More Like a Communist State
The elections in Russia that led to Lenin taking power are what we are seeing now in California. Once the elections are no longer free and fair a state becomes a communist nightmare.
In December 2020 a man by the name of John Kachelman shared a history lesson on elections from more than 100 years ago. His long analysis included a description of what happened in Russia in the early 1900s and what was happening in the US in 2020. He shared in part:
When applied to the 2020 General Election in the USA, this historical anecdote should sound national alarms! The very concepts that Lenin used to nullify the free election of Russia in 1917 are being used in today’s election. In fact, some of the very words and phrases that were used by Lenin are parroted by the Democratic Progressives today and characterize the membership of Democratic Party in the USA!
When the election process of our governing Constitution is compromised and dismissed as archaic and inapplicable THEN our nation has lost the compass for safely navigating the treacherous existence in this world.
In Russia, ballot counting was extended along with other mechanisms to ensure the final counts were what Lenin wanted. The same is going on today in California.
California doesn’t have elections. They have madness and those with oversite gaslight the entire sham. The state does this by codifying unconstitutional election activities and like communist takeovers throughout history, no one is stopping them.
BALLOT HARVESTING and MAIL-IN BALLOTS
Since California went to ballot harvesting the results have been devastating for the GOP in Orange County. Heritage reported in 2019:
Vote harvesting is the collection of absentee ballots from voters by a third party who then delivers them to election officials. The term “vote harvesting” was essentially unknown to the general public until the North Carolina State Board of Elections overturned the results of the 2018 election for the Ninth Congressional District due to illegal vote harvesting, what the board called a “coordinated, unlawful and substantially resourced absentee ballot scheme.”
It was also raised as a concern in California after the unexpected losses of Republican-held congressional seats, including in Orange County, a traditional Republican stronghold, where the registrar of voters said that individuals were “dropping off maybe 100 or 200 ballots” at a time.
Ballot harvesting is still in place and all registered voters receive a ballot for the election in the mail. The chain of custody surrounding ballots harvested in the state is not adequate or is non-existent. Who knows where the completed ballots come from?
VOTER IDENTIFICATION
Not only is it almost impossible to determine where a ballot came from, it is also impossible to determine who the ballot came from. Local governments in the state can’t ask for ID’s from voters.
California Governor Gavin Newsom has signed legislation that prevents local governments from requiring voters to present identification at the polls, a law aimed at curbing conservative efforts in cities like Huntington Beach.
Californians literally have no idea who sent in the millions of ballots counted in the 2024 Election.
ELECTION OBSERVER VOTER SIGNATURE CHALLENGES DENIED
We can add to the above list this additional lack of transparency. Election observers were prevented from the reasonable ability to observe the 2024 Election. If they identified anything, they lacked the ability to do anything about it.
BLOATED VOTER ROLLS
Estimates are that up to one-fifth of the voters on California’s voter rolls are non-citizens. Sampling from the Election in 2024 indicated this was the case.
WEEKS OF COUNTING
In the 2024 Election counting went on for weeks after the election. One of the worst scenarios was the loss by GOP Representative candidate Michelle Steel. She was ahead for at least 10 days after the election before her race was called for her Democrat opponent.

NOW ADD NON-CITIZENS COUNTING VOTES AND AN ADDITIONAL WEEK TO TURN IN BALLOTS
The California legislature has now codified this and allowed non-citizens to work in elections and count the votes.
CA State Rep Carl DeMaio “Democrats just passed AB 930 to allow illegal immigrants to COUNT BALLOTS in our elections — This bill allows illegal immigrants to SERVE ON RECOUNT BOARDS and allow ballots to arrive 7 days after Election Day”“And will require counting of ballots received SEVEN days after the election”“I think most Californians would wonder how it can be a modern election if non citizens are serving on an election board overseeing the election — That’s not an insult, that’s common sense”
“Most 3rd world countries have something called an election day, not an election month. We’re actually on track to having an election quarter here in California because our elections actually start 30 days prior to election day through mail in ballots. So a month out people can vote and then of course they are able to count ballots for 30 days after an election. That’s a 60 day period. What this bill does is it would allow ballots to be returned up to 7 days after election day.”

Add to that, that no one has Standing to challenge any of this in the courts and we are in a very dangerous situation.
I hear a lot of gum flapping by Republicans. The result? More vacation days and, possibly, a strongly worded letter that is sure to be ignored when liberals stop laughing.

The big tell. Virtually every harvested election comes out to just enough votes for the Democrat to win. It is statistically impossible for so many elections to be so “close”. The cheat is so obvious in the statistics.

Texas argued this exactly after 2020. The Courts found they held “No Standing” and dismissed the effort.

I would like to see the federal government take over elections taken in California. Corruption is rampant here and without outside help, we will continue to be held under the tyranny of the Democratic party.

The Founders created the Office of President for just such times as we find ourselves today. Our institutions are OWNED now, and that must be halted. Our immediate future elections must be done in person, on paper and in-person by Citizens. Every election, “big” or “small”, throughout the entire Country. The Founders considered every possible threat, knowing human ingenuity would devise ways to insinuate itself into absolute control. The Presidency was created to give us a fast and flexible way to deal with any threat, no matter how impossible it may have seemed. Well, here we are.
The feds can step in if a Congressional election in CA, or any state, is challenged by the loser (GOP of course) based on systemic fraud, which of course has been ignored for the past 16 years by the DOJ. The idiocy can be undone, if the will is there.
I witnessed the fraud in Orange County when Katie Porter won. A man pulled up to the curb at the Voter Registrar in a Cadillac. He pulled 4 boxes of ballots out of his trunk and told the supervisor on site, “The deputies forgot to take these boxes when they picked up the rest.” In OC, deputies pick up the ballot boxes at the polling stations on election night. There is chain of custody documentation that with multiple redundancies. There is no way deputies “forgot” or “left” boxes at a polling station. The supervisor had the boxes picked up and taken inside to be counted. There was no questioning of where the ballots came from, who had custody of them, identification of the man as the supervisor of the polling station, nothing. For all anyone knew, it was some guy ballot harvesting out of his living room.
There is absolutely a duty, by the citizens of California, to break those bonds and end the tyranny of communism. We can’t do it for you. The lines have been drawn everybody knows where everybody stands the left wants communism and the right wants populist capitalism.
