BREAKING NEWS: Senator Blackburn Demands Disbarment of Former Special Prosecutor Jack Smith After He and Biden’s FBI Spied on Republican Senators Post-2020 Election
Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) has launched a full-frontal assault against former special prosecutor Jack Smith, who is accused of orchestrating Biden’s FBI espionage on eight Republican senators following the 2020 elections. Smith now faces a formal complaint for his professional disbarment.
🚨 BREAKING: Senator Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) is making moves to have Jack Smith DISBARRED after he and the Biden FBI spied on GOP senators post-2020
“I’m already working on a letter to the DC Bar, a complaint letter, to file against him! He should be DISBARRED.”

«I’m already working on a letter to the DC Bar Association, a complaint letter, to file against him! He should be DISBARRED,» Blackburn declared in an explosive interview with Fox News, where she emphasized that this would only be «the FIRST step.»
The trigger emerged on Monday, when the Senate Judiciary Committee, led by Republican Chuck Grassley (R-IA), revealed a declassified FBI document on the «Arctic Frost» operation.
This investigation, initiated in April 2022 and transferred to Smith in November, analyzed «toll» data (call and location records) from key senators such as Lindsey Graham (R-SC), Josh Hawley (R-MO), Ron Johnson (R-WI), Tommy Tuberville (R-AL), Dan Sullivan (R-AK), Bill Hagerty (R-TN), Cynthia Lummis (R-WY), and Blackburn herself.
The analysis, authorized by FBI supervisors, covered calls around January 6, 2021, allegedly to track contacts with Trump allies in the fake electors case.
Senator Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) posted a partially redacted document on X on Monday, which shows, he said, that Biden’s FBI spied on Republican senators in an initiative used as a weapon by Smith:
This document shows the Biden FBI spied on 8 of my Republican Senate colleagues during its Arctic Frost investigation into “election conspiracy” Arctic Frost later became Jack Smith’s elector case against Trump

Blackburn, one of the affected parties, received a briefing from FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino and Director Kash Patel, and she held nothing back: «This is an abomination. I was informed about this appalling weaponization of the FBI under Jack Smith. I won’t allow it.»
This is an abomination. I was just briefed by @FBIDDBongino about this appalling weaponization of the FBI under Jack Smith. I will not let it stand. https://t.co/VtnGfjDlZe

In a video shared on her X account, the senator urges: «We know it’s ILLEGAL. We know it’s a violation of our rights. And Jack Smith will have to ANSWER for this.» The clip, over a minute long, shows her live indignation and has been viewed hundreds of thousands of times.
We need to know when the Biden FBI targeted our phones and why. This abuse of power cannot go unpunished, and Jack Smith must answer for this. He should be disbarred.@marthamaccallum pic.twitter.com/Sz6EeVFXX2

The scandal transcends partisan borders and reminds us of the suppression of voices on social media pre-2020 and the battles over the «Speech or Debate» clause in the Constitution, which protects legislators from executive intrusions.
This was a constitutionally invalid attack by Biden against Republican guardians of freedom; the records were obtained via grand jury in 2023, but Republicans brand it as «politically motivated.»
Patel said in an X post:
We recently uncovered proof that phone records of U.S. lawmakers were seized for political purposes.
That abuse of power ends now.
Under my leadership, the FBI will deliver truth and accountability, and never again be weaponized against the American people. pic.twitter.com/VuU8O68zCG

If Smith’s disbarment succeeds, it would set a precedent: the DC Bar Association would investigate ethical violations.
Blackburn, with her characteristic temperament as a constitutional warrior, leaves no doubt: she insists on «unrelenting punishment» for this «abuse of power that will not go unpunished,» raising the stakes with her formal complaint to the DC Bar Association to disbar Smith for life.
With Patel in command and Congress accelerating explosive hearings, promises of massive revelations could dismantle the left’s web.
Biden’s machinery, exposed in its authoritarian nakedness, faces not only its Watergate but the dawn of accountability led by Blackburn and Patel with unyielding ferocity. The truth, at last, will not be silenced.
