The top winner was “Irish Trip,” an oatmeal stout brewed by Will Lane, a legislative assistant for Rep. Jeff Duncan (R-SC). Second place was an imperial stout titled “Liquid Legislating,” from Jennifer Burks, a policy adviser for Sen. Mazie Hirono (D-HI). And third place was an Irish red ale called “Red Sky at Night” from Matthew Knoedler with Rep. Mike Kelly (R-PA).
