Customers who purchased Dude Wipes have one more day to file an objection or exclusion from a $9 million class-action settlement with the company.
The company was accused by some consumers of making them believe its wipes were “flushable” when they were not. Dude Products has denied any wrongdoing but has agreed to this settlement to avoid litigation against consumers. The exclusion and objection deadline has been set for Oct. 27.
