Dude Wipes customers have two days to file an objection or exclusion from a $9 million class-action settlement with the company over allegedly misleading customers.
A class-action lawsuit accused the company of making customers believe its wipes were “flushable” when they were not. Dude Products has denied any wrongdoing but has agreed to the settlement to avoid litigation against consumers. The exclusion and objection deadline is set for Oct. 27.
