Chris Lancia, a U.S. Coast Guard veteran and former law enforcement officer from Milford, Connecticut, is running as the Republican candidate for Congress in CT-3, challenging Rosa DeLauro, who has held this seat since 1990.

For 34 years, CT-3 has had the same representation in Washington. In that time, Connecticut families have watched their grocery bills skyrocket, their energy costs climb, and their small businesses struggle under the weight of regulations and inflation.
