DEVELOPING: Explosion at Nursing Home in Bucks County, Pennsylvania – Mass Casualties, People Trapped

An explosion was reported at a nursing home in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, on Tuesday.

There are reports of people trapped.

The cause of the explosion remains unclear.

Video posted to social media shows multiple first responders on scene in the aftermath of the explosion at Silverlake Nursing Home in Bristol.

WPVI reported:

An explosion and fire have been reported at a nursing home in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

It happened around 2:15 p.m. at the Silver Lake Nursing Home on the 900 block of Tower Road in Bristol Township.

There are multiple reports of people trapped, Action News has learned.

The fire department has struck a third alarm for the response.
