**THE NONPROFIT-INDUSTRIAL-COMPLEX CORPORATE CONGLOMERATE REALLY EXISTS**
Before we get into the charity weeds of this U.N. mission – and we will – there is some **ESSENTIAL** groundwork to go over, given that the U.S. “civic” partners assisting the U.N. are hard left-leaning 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, charitable nonprofits, which are supposed to be non-partisan.
You just have to understand the enormity of what you’re dealing with in this case, first.
There is a gigantic, invisible, secretly inter-connected, well-funded entity in the United States we’ll dub the nonprofit-industrial-complex corporate conglomerate.
Over decades, progressive billionaires quietly donated to, built up and have utilized this empire, a huge corporate conglomerate structure made up of individual 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) nonprofit corporate “subsidiaries”, each with its own zealous leaders but **all** committed to working together, to inflict the socialist and Communist dreams these billionaires have for our country, upon us.
Under IRS rules, it is crystal clear that “501(c)(3)s are categorically prohibited from ‘directly or indirectly participating in, or intervening in, any political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to) any candidate for elective public office.’”
Stated simply, 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charities are REQUIRED to be non-partisan.
That IRS rule has been flagrantly ignored, for years, by these secretive, hardline-progressive billionaires, who have quietly captured the American charitable platform and made it their own. It’s to the point that the _mere presence_ of one or two of the “corporate subsidiary charities” which are part of their nonprofit corporate conglomerate _is a telltale red flag_, exposing that some covert Democrat progressive billionaire operation – attacking our actual elections, destroying our election infrastructure, undermining our Constitutional Republic – is in full swing.
George Soros‘ Open Society Foundations (OSF) is the most well-known such progressive billionaire charity pipeline. There are many, many, many more.
Some call it philanthropy. Others call it partisan money laundering with tax credit bennies. Still others call it a progressive regime change operation playing a long hand.
A billionaire pipeline, which remains deeply hidden, is the secretive ‘Democracy Alliance‘ (DA), founded in 2005 by Democratic strategic consultant Rob Stein, which bills itself as “a preeminent network of donors dedicated to building the progressive movement in the United States.”
(“Progressive” is polite code for socialist; every time you read “progressive,” replace it with socialist. It will make all this much easier to comprehend.)
Among other roles, Stein served as senior strategist to the Chairman of the DNC, before founding the DA.
George Soros is the DA’s most well-known billionaire donor.
DA club membership is by invitation only. Each new “partner” pays a $25,000 initial fee, and $30,000 in dues each year thereafter. At twice-yearly, secret DA investors’ meetings, as part of their personal “investment portfolios”, each progressive partner is required to invest at least $200,000 a year in DA-approved nonprofits. More is welcome.
THE DA states, “At the core of DA’s work is **our investment portfolio of national progressive organizations working [to] make our collective vision for the future a reality**. These collective investments **strengthen an integrated system of local, state, and national organizations that build vital capacity to generate policy**, drive progressive messages, [and] organize and empower key constituencies…” [Emphases added.]
CRC states that the Democracy Alliance is “a kind of progressive investment marketplace.
What it sure sound like is twice yearly, high-end shopping sprees at posh resorts where wealthy progressive Democrats can update their “nonprofit investment portfolios” by meet-ups over drinks with DA-vetted American nonprofit leadership to, in essence, shop for and “buy” American nonprofits.
What’s their return on investment?
A secret, vast and ever-expanding, efficient, nationwide interconnected progressive nonprofit infrastructure, which they control.
A 2021 article at the Capital Research Center (CRC) – which expertly exposes crooked, corrupt and criminal foundations and nonprofits and their networks and funders – revealed:
“According to documents obtained by the Washington Free Beacon in 2019, Democracy Alliance partners have moved as much as $1.83 billion toward ‘progressive infrastructure’ since 2005.”
That’s an average of $122+ million a year, since 2005, which these secretive hard-line DA progressive Democrats have collectively invested in both building their weaponized American nonprofit infrastructure and in controlling the subsequent deployments of secret nonprofit operations, all across the country, year after year, over fourteen years.
Using the figures above, conservatively, between 2020 and today, another $854 million was invested by the DA’s progressive Democrats to expand their American socialist infrastructure. How many more American nonprofits were secretly added to this socialist infrastructure? What type of secret nonprofit operations were ordered and completed, especially in 2020, the presidential election year?
CRC revealed that “the alliance’s website listed ’30 ‘high-impact, progressive organizations’ that it recommends to partners as part of its core investment portfolio.”
The Brennan Center for Justice at NYU School of Law – **which appears to be the lead NFP advisor to this 2020 U.N. election observation mission** – is one of those 30 “high-impact, progressive organizations” found in the DA’s 2020 “investment portfolio.”
The Brennan Center for Justice (BCJ) is a non-partisan 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable nonprofit located in NYC.
CRC states it is infamous for its “extreme activist jurisprudence” and for its forceful opposition to voter ID laws. BCJ supports anti-constitutional activism to end the electoral college and is well known for “opposing all policies that protect election integrity … and favoring all policies that endanger election integrity.”
The BCJ is, among U.S. leftist, progressive nonprofit leadership, recognized as **the** lead dog when it comes to anything at all having to do with election law and any new election integrity legislative proposals.
The vast network of progressive-funded NFPs across the U.S. look to the BCJ first when devising any coordinated election integrity activist strategies in their individual states.
A DA investor shopping for pet issues to back, would find underneath “Electoralizing the groundswell” and “Defending democracy and voting rights”, the Brennan Center.
Thus, as regards to U.S. election integrity public policy, what the DA expects – and its billionaire partners invest in – the Brennan Center implements, and efficiently deploys its commands (activist “Action Alerts”, “non-partisan” election reform bill initiatives, White Papers) via that vast nonprofit-industrial-complex corporate conglomerate.
It is gigantic NFP umbrella organizations like the 200+ nonprofit members of the hard left-leaning, Leadership Conference on Civil and Human Rights (LCCHR), a non-tax-exempt 501(c)(4) NFP, in Washington, D. C. – one of many such NFP umbrellas – which are part of this chain of command. Each of the 200+ LCCHR member NFPs usually have state affiliates which, in turn, often have chapters reaching into each and every state’s counties.
Those election integrity orders from the Brennan Center, therefore, efficiently make their way through well-oiled and established American nonprofit pipelines, finally ending up with the ground troops in every state: the zealous nonprofit activist leadership and their grassroots’ teams, including the loud, obnoxious, sometimes violent rally-goers, and the loyal Democrat and progressive families in every single county in the U.S.
As evidence of the LCCHR’s own hard-left, anti-American stance, its homepage currently has a changing banner with the alert “_Stop Funding ICE With taxpayer Money._”
The appropriate rebuttal to that alert is _Stop Funding Partisan, Anti-American Nonprofits Like the LCCHR With Taxpayer Money._
The LCCHR’s own Voting Rights Task Force is, shockingly, co-chaired by, among others, the vitriolic anti-Conservative Southern Poverty Law Center. Imagine the “election integrity” messaging coming from that group, yet another “non-partisan” 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable nonprofit.
Voila, the DA’s election integrity wishes, funded by its progressive billionaires, commanded by the Brennan Center and operationalized in all fifty states and all U.S. counties through nonprofit umbrella organizations like the LCCHR, have become an invisible sledgehammer against our Constitution in every single city, state and county in our country.
This is what “Defending democracy and voting rights” and “Electoralizing the groundswell” – to use the DA’s jargon – looks like to a progressive billionaire DA partner who’s considering laying down wads of cash to invest in the Brennan Center.
This is evidence of the vast and ever-expanding, efficient, nationwide inter-connected progressive nonprofit infrastructure in operation, down to the county level in every state in our nation.
Frightening, isn’t it?
If you’re a socialist or a Communist billionaire, this is a dream come true.
Apparently, there are a lot of DA “nonprofit investment portfolio” dreams coming true via the Brennan Center, founded in 1995.
In 2003, before the DA even existed, the Brennan Center only had $4.4 million in revenue.
Between 2004-2009 Soros’ OSF gave the Brennan Center $4.57 million alone. OSF has been among the Brennan Center’s largest donors.
By 2020’s election year, its revenue had ballooned to $85.4 million!
Four years later, in 2024, another election year, the Brennan Center had a whopping $111.4 million in revenue and $313 million in total assets.
Through just this one DA-endorsed nonprofit – one of its designated progressive leaders – you can see how the DA’s invisible “progressive infrastructure”, begun in 2005, has flourished and gained tremendous partisan power, remembering, of course, that the BCJ is supposed to be a 501(c)(3) charitable nonprofit which is non-partisan in all of its corporate dealings.
This is just one nonprofit “corporate subsidiary”, a single example of the gigantic American nonprofit-industrial-complex corporate conglomerate which has been quietly built and secretly and brutally weaponized against America.
An X post by ‘Amuse’, Alexander Muse, Independent Publisher & Political Pundit, dated December 16, 2025 reveals the enormous amount in assets held by U.S. NGOs,”As of Q2 2025, US NGOs hold $14.12T in assets. That balance sheet is larger than the combined 2025 GDP of Japan, Germany, and India by roughly 5%. This is not a slogan or a talking point. It is a fact drawn from the Federal Reserve’s own Financial Accounts…
…More and more NGOs function as what might be called a shadow state, exercising power without electoral legitimacy…
…NGOs were never meant to become an untaxed empire. If they have become one, the fault lies not in charity itself, but **in our refusal to update the structures that govern it**.” [Emphasis added.]
This nonprofit corporate conglomerate is almost impossible to track because it consists of multiple, multi-state, separate, on-call, as-needed NFP corporations, each with its own individual corporate shields preserving fiscal and personnel privacy.
Those individual corporate shields allow multiple groups of nonprofits to _secretly_ combine their charitable corporate muscle to efficiently achieve the “progressive” American public policy goals of “progressive” DA billionaire investors.
The term RICO – Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act – instantly springs to mind, doesn’t it?
This corporate conglomerate is immensely powerful. It is well-funded by multiple funding streams: multiple entities like the DA, private family foundations, anonymous pass-through “donor advised funds”, grants awarded by local, state and national Democratic leaders, small donor donations through ActBlue (which is currently being investigated for allowing foreign donations, how did _that_ effect the 2020 election?!) and **all** kept anonymous courtesy of legally-secret nonprofit fiscal reporting mechanisms via our own government, through the IRS.
Without question, so-called non-partisan 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit charities are being deployed politically and illegally, at massive levels. The Democratic Party, in particular, has been the almost exclusive beneficiary of this illegal use of charities by far and, itself, cycles millions in taxpayer dollars into its own political operation via local, state and federal grant awards to “friendly” nonprofits, which support its causes, and through the “pork” legislators have discretionary power over.
The Democracy Alliance and its uber-wealthy progressive Democrat partners – and the Democratic Party – exhibit a frightening fundamental belief that American “non-partisan” 501(c)(3) tax-exempt charitable nonprofits and 501(c)(4) social welfare nonprofits are their exclusive political playground to do with as they see fit, laws be damned.
This illicit and arrogant claim of ownership functionally levied upon _our_ American charitable platforms by these Democrat socialists is outrageous and deserves criminal investigation.
This abduction remains hidden, as these progressive Democrats obsessively apply techniques of secrecy and camouflage to hide their dirty socialist deeds.
This nonprofit-industrial-complex corporate conglomerate has been phenomenally effective because it has been deeply and secretly embedded into our culture. The charitable veneer of a nonprofit which your family has donated to, maybe volunteered with for decades, could now be camouflaging part of the **brutal** machine destroying our Constitution with a sledgehammer while, at the same time, quietly installing socialist and Communist-friendly laws, regulations and policies both federally and in every state and county across the United States, in its wake.
