Gavin Newsom’s California: Residents of Luxury Apartment Complex in Long Beach Under Siege from Arson Attacks, Beatings, Break-Ins by Teens, Homeless and Young Children (Video)
Residents of a luxury apartment complex in Long Beach, California have been under siege the past month by marauding teens, homeless and even young children who have harassed and beaten residents, invaded hallways of the buildings and set arson fires to several cars, according to local reports.
The siege at the well-appointed apartment complex (rents start at $2,259) is one more example of the deliberate destruction of American society by progressive Democrat politicians from Joe Biden to California Governor Gavin Newsom.
KTTV-TV reported on the siege at the Camden Harbor View Apartments (excerpt):
…”They jump over the fences, getting into our pools, our hallways, stealing our packages. And we are inundated with homeless,” said Camden resident Ty London, as he described the security concerns he and several of his neighbors are facing.
“My car was broken into three times,” said London. “None of our doors are locked. We don’t have security whatsoever, so we are left with these bad skateboarders that are fighting tenants.”
“They broke our doors practically and get in right there,” said resident Javier Diaz, pointing to an open gate. “We find homeless inside the building.”
…”One day I get off the train and there was probably ten of them from 6 to 12-years-old. They started jumping on me, touching me practically. One of them touched my watch and I got a little scared,” Diaz said. “Why don’t they show respect?”
According to Long Beach police, a man was brutally assaulted by a group of more than a dozen teens on his way home from the gym near the apartment complex on Ocean Boulevard earlier this month.
…Video shared with FOX 11 showed one resident in the courtyard being approached by a group of young people before some of them began throwing rocks. As the resident walked back towards the door, another person from the group started swinging.
KTTV video shows a homeless man sleeping in a hallway, cars and stores broken into and a resident being attacked by a mob of teens:
Excerpt and from KTLA-TV report:
…Security and cell phone cameras have captured some of the incidents, including one where teens attacked a man who was simply walking in the area.
“They were stalking him and he didn’t want to fight back. He was just trying to get them to stop. He didn’t want to hurt kids,” said Kimberly.
Another video shows a teen “donkey kick” an apartment door and then run away with his friends.
Tenants say they’re dealing with a constant cycle of trouble.
In early September, several cars were set on fire by a serial arsonist. People keep getting attacked, and residents say management is doing nothing about it.
The KTLA video report is a progressive dystopian nightmare that shows several cars set ablaze in parking garages and interviews with terrorized residents:

FDG SETS THE NEW STANDARD FOR POST-COVID REDEVELOPMENT IN MULTIFAMILY LIVING
Faulkner Design Group’s Approach to Multifamily Redevelopment
The COVID-19 pandemic has led to a surplus of redevelopment opportunities in the multifamily living industry. Developers are flocking to now-dormant commercial buildings and distressed existing communities like never before, drawn by increased ground-up construction costs and the dwindling supply of available land in most desirable markets.
The field of interior architecture and design must be ready to meet these new needs. Faulkner Design Group has spent the last 30 years preparing for a transition such as this.
Camden Harbor View
In 2018 Camden Property Trust sought to give their Harbor View community in Long Beach, California, an in depth overhaul. Camden desired a resident-centered design that adhered to the evolving needs of the modern multifamily community. It needed to not only align, but stand out amongst current market trends shown by competitors in the area. Camden engaged Faulkner Design Group to provide the expert guidance needed to bring to life the new vision for the community.
Innovative Design Process
Faulkner Design Group began the project by having an in-depth conversation with the client to determine their wants and needs for the rehabilitation project. The team then engaged in a comprehensive review of the facilities and the greater community to help determine a plan of action for the design process.
At the onset of the project, Camden Harbor View was an outdated community with dark and dated aesthetic reminiscent of its initial construction in 2003. The FDG design team pulled the 15-year-old floor plans into Revit and got straight to work designing the new and improved environments…
All that work ruined by progressive Democrats.
