IMMEDIATE DEPORTATION! The brother of Laken Riley’s killer returns to Venezuela with his tail between his legs.
Diego Ibarra, brother of Laken Hope Riley’s murderer, has been sentenced to time already served and will be deported to Venezuela.
This individual, a possible member of Tren de Aragua, a Venezuelan gang that spreads terror across the hemisphere, will no longer serve time in the U.S. for his crime of possessing a fraudulent green card.
His brother, José Ibarra, an illegal Venezuelan immigrant, was sentenced to life in prison without parole for the brutal murder of Laken Riley, a Georgia nursing student, in November 2024.
José Ibarra, confirmed as a Tren de Aragua member, killed Riley on the University of Georgia campus—a crime that shook the nation.
Tren de Aragua, outlawed by the U.S. Treasury Department in July 2024, is a transnational criminal organization involved in human trafficking, extortion, and gender-based violence.
“Diego Jose Ibarra, 29, was sentenced to serve 48 months in prison after pleading guilty to two counts of possession of a fraudulent document.

Diego Ibarra, who lived with his brother less than a mile from campus, was also accused by a neighbor of threatening her on the night of Riley’s murder.
His deportation comes amid President Trump’s crackdown on illegal immigration, with over 32,000 arrests in the first 50 days of his administration.
Among those arrested, 14,000 immigrants had criminal convictions, and 10,000 had pending charges—showing Trump’s firm stance against foreign crime.
The Trump administration has also revoked protected status for thousands of Venezuelans and Haitians and plans to use the Alien Enemies Act to accelerate deportations.
Meanwhile, in Venezuela, the Maduro regime will likely welcome Diego Ibarra with honors.
Diego Ibarra was sentenced to four years in prison after he was found with the fraudulent document while law enforcement began investigating Laken Riley’s death last year.

Laken Riley’s family, devastated, demanded justice. Her mother, Allyson Phillips, called José Ibarra a “monster” who stole their “hopes and dreams.”
The Ibarra brothers’ case exposes the dangers of open-border policies pushed by progressives, allowing criminals like these to enter and destroy American lives.
Thanks to Trump, justice is beginning to be served—deporting scum like Diego Ibarra is the first step toward cleaning our streets of the plague the left has let in.
Let the progressives and their “hugs, not bullets” policies tremble!
With Trump in charge, illegal criminals will know there is no place for them in America—Venezuela can keep its trash.

I’ll bet the nleftists love him
It’s he has the gang tattoo that is an admission of guilt.
If there’s no tattoo he’s not a member of the gang.
OMG!!! How did he even get in?!!!
These scumbags don’t even look human.
