Judge Barrett and the Viciously Corrupt Colorado Courts Continue to Deny Justice and Persecute Tina Peters

Just when we thought we’d seen the pinnacle of evil expressed by those who’ve hijacked positions of power in Colorado, a new level of hubris has emerged. In an April 27th ruling by Judge Matthew Barrett, he doubled down on his insistence that his conduct during the trial of Tina Peters was “fair and balanced”. This ruling names him to once again be her Judge of Record, this time for her re-sentencing in accordance with the recent ruling from the Colorado Court of Appeals (which ignored many pertinent issues regarding the lopsidedness of her trial in favor of contrived lies of the state, vs. the truth).

Here’s his response to her seeking to disqualify him from being the re-sentencing Judge:

What corrupt and Deep State-controlled Judge Barrett doesn’t mention was how he, in combination with the prosecution, precluded Tina from having anything resembling a meaningful defense, as she wasn’t allowed to present ANY exculpatory witnesses/evidence in front of the Jury. This orchestration of her trial reeked of Andrew Weissmannesque lawfare, the same as was contrived against President Trump.

This is the same Judge that allowed a prosecution witness to lie on the witness stand when confronted about his complicity in making his ID badge available to another individual. There were also other lies told by prosecution witnesses that went unchecked by Judge Barrett.

He also ignored the fact that a juror admitted she was biased against Tina from the start of the trial, a situation that resulted in a completely new trial for a murderer. Tina didn’t get this same justice. So many intentional missteps were orchestrated to make an example out of her in order to ensure that none of them, the real criminals from the Secretary of State, Attorney General, on down, would ever be caught for orchestrating and covering up systemic Colorado election fraud at a treasonous level. So why has there been such unrelenting lawfare pressure placed on Tina for approximately 5 years now? The answer is simple: it’s because she exposed how our computerized election ecosystem can be used to manipulate our votes nationwide in order to steal America’s elections from “We The People”.

With the upcoming Midterms that will decide whether America lives or dies, these shortsighted people in trusted positions of power have no choice but to keep the hammer of INJUSTICE over Tina Peters. Tina in prison is a reminder to Election Clerks across the country not to dare question election administration in any meaningful manner.
