Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) criticized Hunter Biden’s appearance at his contempt of Congress hearing at the Capitol, comparing it to a “child having a temper tantrum.”
In an appearance on Fox News’s Sunday Morning Futures with Maria Bartiromo, Greene dismissed the first son’s appearance.
“I was absolutely shocked that he decided to show up that day, and he looked like a child pitching a temper tantrum when he finally got caught and was going to be in trouble,” she said. “It was really telling when he left as soon as Chairman Comer recognized me to speak, you know? He sat there seemingly unfazed when Nancy Mace was chastising him, but I think he also knew what I was about to bring up.”
Greene continued to say that he probably suspected that she would bring up his potential violations of the Mann Act, trafficking women across state lines.
She then said that she found the appearance of his “sugar daddy,” Kevin Morris, who is one of the top buyers of Biden’s art, “disturbing.”

Greene also expressed confidence that the investigation would implicate President Joe Biden in an “unbelievable amount of corruption and breaking the law.”
The Georgia Republican has been one of the most vocal proponents of impeaching the president on the evidence gathered through the House Oversight investigation, a prospect centrist Republicans have advocated against over concerns about losses in swing states.
