Attorneys for My Pillow CEO Mike Lindell claim their client owes them fees he can’t afford.

Lindell confirmed Friday that he does not have the funds to pay his legal team. Meanwhile, the firms representing him and his company are “in serious financial risk” should they continue to represent both parties according to a court filing from Thursday.

SOCIAL SECURITY UPDATE: FIRST ROUND OF PAYMENTS WORTH UP TO $4,555 ARRIVES IN FOUR DAYS

“MyPillow’s been decimated,” Lindell said. “We’ve lost hundreds of millions of dollars.”

During Lindell’s third attempted deposition, he was warned that the consequences of being unresponsive to questions would result in paying more attorney fees. Lindell retorted that his company “has been hurt so bad because of people like this Eric Coomer,” who filed a defamation lawsuit against him, going on to allege it has cost “tens of millions of dollars, hundreds of millions of dollars.”

Lindell was ordered in April to pay $5 million to a computer and software expert who succeeded in refuting his data related to 2020 election fraud claims, according to a decision from a private arbitration panel. He has long repeated former President Donald Trump’s claims that the most recent presidential election was “stolen.” The CEO blamed the plaintiffs who have filed suit against him and the news media for his financial woes.

“You’re all doing it because you want me to shut up about security of our elections,” Lindell said. “You’re all the same.”

Still, Lindell posted a video on his FrankSpeech website doubling down on his position that the 2020 election was interfered with, saying he is “never going to stop trying to secure elections for this country, ever.”
