Newsom Buys $9.1 Million Bay Area Mansion in Ritzy Enclave with Shady LLC Formed Two Days Before Purchase

After flooding his state with millions of illegals, Newsom bought a $9.1 Bay Area mansion in a ritzy enclave so his children can attend an elitist school in Marin County.

The home, which was owned by Daniel Pritzker, cousin of Illinois Democrat governor JB Pritzker, was originally listed for $10 million, but Newsom got a sweetheart deal.

Newsom bought the mansion with MHBD Farms, LLC, an entity that was formed just two days before the purchase.

What’s the source of the funds? And there was no seasoning of the funds.

It was previously reported that Newsom and his wife (and Harvey Weinstein’s casting couch throwaway), Jennifer Seibel Newsom were moving their children back to Marin County so they can attend school in a wealthy enclave away from Sacramento.

“To ensure continuity in their children’s education, the family will split their time between Sacramento and Marin heading into the coming academic year,” said Izzy Gardon, a spokesperson for Newsom told Politico in June.

In June it was unclear if Newsom would be purchasing property in Marin County. Fast-forward five months and Newsom was able to purchase a $9.1 million mansion with no sourcing or seasoning of funds with a shady LLC.

SFGate reported:

Gov. Gavin Newsom just bought a sleek six-bedroom mansion tucked away on a leafy road in a wealthy Marin County town, around 20 miles north of San Francisco. The home, on Woodland Road in Kentfield, sold for $9.1 million last week, records show, and the buyer is a limited liability company formed by Newsom and his family, the San Francisco Chronicle first reported.

According to the listing, the 5,609 square-foot home’s “extraordinary luxury” includes floor-to-ceiling windows, LaCantina folding glass doors and a chef’s kitchen. The property’s “resort-like” exterior features a swimming pool and spa and “inspiring” views of Mount Tamalpais.

The California governor, and possible 2028 presidential candidate, appears to have gotten a good deal, too: The home was first listed at $9.5 million in September, before being relisted with a $1 million price cut last month. Newsom’s office would not confirm the purchase but told SFGATE on Monday that “to ensure continuity in their children’s education, the family continues to split their time between Sacramento and Marin counties.”

Via RedState Managing Editor Jennifer Van Laar: Gavin Newsom used a Registered Agent service for the LLC he formed to purchase his new mansion instead of using the Plumpjack registered agent. But still, how can an entity that was just formed 11/12/24 close the purchase of a $9.1 million home 2 days later?

MHBD Farms, LLC purchased the mansion from Daniel Pritzker, cousin of Illinois Governor JB Pritzker.

Who will pay the $117,000 per year property tax on Newsom’s new $9.1 million mansion?
