A new Pew Research Center analysis of survey data from the University of Michigan suggests young women are in trouble. Researchers asked 12th graders which option they were most likely to choose in the long run: “get married,” “no idea,” or “not get married.”
In 1993, 80% of 12th graders said they were most likely to choose marriage. Another 16% said they had “no idea,” and 5% said they would probably forgo marriage. (RELATED: Record Number Of Young Women Say They’re Done Being Americans: POLL)
