An active shooter was reported on Villanova University’s campus on Thursday, confirmed by the Radnor Township Police Department to the Washington Examiner.
The school is located in a suburb near Philadelphia.
Multiple agencies were responding to the incident, the department confirmed. The university told anyone on campus to move to a secure location and lock and barricade doors. A large police presence was seen at the John F. Scarpa Center for Entrepreneurship and Law on campus, NewsNation reported.
