This comes just hours after there was a hazmat incident at the Pentagon, just a few miles from GWU. Arlington County Fire and EMS has since determined that “no hazard exists” at the Pentagon. “ACFD units, including our Hazardous Materials Team, are currently operating at the Pentagon in support of PFPA’s Hazmat Team during a hazardous materials incident,” Arlington County posted to X during the incident.
