Dilbert creator and political commentator Scott Adams has shared an awful update on his health challenges.

Adams, who is battling advanced stage four prostate cancer, has been undergoing several groundbreaking treatments in the hope of extending his life.

However, he has now confirmed that things are going in the wrong direction.

He explained during his daily podcast, Coffee With Scott Adams, on Thursday:

The odds of me recovering are essentially zero.

So I’ll give you any updates if that changes, but it won’t. So there’s no chance I’ll get my feeling back in my legs.

And, I’ve got some ongoing heart failure, which is making it difficult to breathe sometimes during the day. But at the moment I can breathe and I’m not in any pain.

However, you should prepare yourself that January will be a probably a month of transition one way or the other.

Now, I haven’t made any decisions, but it was all bad news, no good news at all.

So I will keep doing this as long as it makes sense because I like doing it.

As a cartoonist and trained hypnotist, Adams has long been a supporter of Donald Trump and given fresh perspectives on how the president is a “master of persuasion.”

Last month, he made a public plea to the White House to help him gain immediate access to Pluvicto, a breakthrough treatment that uses radiation to kill cancer cells.

Despite his worsening condition, Adams continues to show up for his daily podcast and give the audience his insights about the day’s news.

Just last week, he gave a devastating breakdown of how the Democratic Party is essentially a criminal organization.
