Senate Confirms Vital Trump Judicial Nominee Despite Dem Opposition

The Senate voted Tuesday to confirm Emil Bove as a Third U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals judge.

The Senate voted 50-49 to confirm Trump’s former lawyer, with one senator not voting, according to the chamber’s roll call. Republican Alaska Sen. Lisa Murkowski and Republican Maine Sen.
