Left-wing streamer Hasan Piker is facing animal abuse allegations after his dog appeared to yelp during a recent livestream.
Tectone, another streamer, accused Piker of using a shock collar on his dog, Kaya, claiming the animal “F*CKING SCREAMS” when it’s activated. He called Kaya a “prop” that stays in place “out of fear.” (RELATED: Hasan Piker’s Word Salads Are Approaching Kamala Levels)
“I always wondered how Hasan kept his dog behind him all stream,” Tectone wrote on X. “It’s because he’s been using a shock collar on a setting so high that his dog F*CKING SCREAMS when he uses it … I am beyond disgusted. F*ck this man’s whole existence.”

During the broadcast in question, Piker was mid-discussion on American politics when Kaya stood up behind him. “Kaya, please just f*cking go — just stop,” he said as the dog yelped. “Jesus Christ, what are you doing? You’re being such a baby.”
“She just literally is so incredibly spoiled from my mom,” Piker complained. “No, she doesn’t want to come over here to see what’s up. She just wants to f*cking roam the house because she got to roam the house when I was gone, and she needs to literally have the same structured, regimented,” he said, trailing off before sighing deeply.
The clip Tectone shared on X racked up more than 6.7 million views as of Wednesday afternoon.
In a separate post, Tectone resurfaced an older video of Piker mocking critics who say it’s unethical to own French bulldogs due to inbreeding and health problems.
“It’s just such a lib-ass, like, ‘Oh dude, please don’t get a Frenchie! I just read a Vox article talking about how problematic they are!’ Like, I don’t give a f*ck,” he said. “I know they have breathing problems. I know they’re incredibly f*cking inbred — I don’t give a sh*t … It’s a dog.”

Piker later denied the abuse allegations during a livestream, calling them absurd.
“They’re claiming that the most well-trained and the most spoiled, best kept-after dog on the planet is actually being abused by me, apparently,” he said in a clip posted by @Awk20000 on X. “No, she went [yelping sound] when she was getting off the bed, because I think she — I assume — she like, either stepped funny or clipped her f*cking foot on something, I don’t know.”
When a viewer suggested he’d used a remote to shock the dog, Piker replied sarcastically, “Yeah, in my evil villain lair.” He dismissed the allegations as the work of “crazy haters.”
