Syrian has Fallen: Rebel Leaders Take Damascus – Announce Al-Assad Regime Has Fallen – Assad Flees Country – New Leader is Former Al-Qaeda Leader

Opposition leaders on state TV announce that Syria has been “liberated.”

The al-Assad regime has fallen in Syria. Rebels claimed on Sunday they had taken Damascus.

The tyrant Bashar al-Assad has fled the country. Bashar has been in power since 2000. There are reports that his plane was shot down but this cannot be confirmed at this time.

Rebels moved into Damascus overnight.

The locals are looting Bashar’s house.

Crowds cheered the toppling of statues in Damascus.

The new leader does not appear to be a fan of Western ideals.

The new leader Abu Mohammed al-Jolani is the former leader of Al-Qaeda.
