Musician Taylor Swift made a $100,000 contribution to the family of the victim who was fatally shot during the Kansas City Chiefs’ victory parade.
Lisa Lopez-Galvan, 43, was the only person killed Wednesday during the shooting that began as the result of a dispute. Her son was also among the 22 victims shot, but he survived. She is survived by her two children and her husband of 22 years.
“Sending my deepest sympathies and condolences in the wake of your devastating loss,” Swift commented on the GoFundMe page along with her donation. “With love, Taylor Swift.”
The fundraiser had a goal of $75,000 and has reached over $230,000 as of Friday.
